Horse Drawn Fire Engine

Maybe someone knows more on the history of this?

Waterous fire engine built in 1898 by the Waterous Co., Saint Paul, MN. It is owned by the Bloomsbury Fire Co., Bloomsbury, NJ. Horse-drawn fire engines are always a great attraction in parades today.

  1. Great photo of a real antique fire engine! Thanks for sharing that, Dale.

  2. I'll work on this. I should know as should Jerry. He worked on it when we were active. I used to tease Jack Zanks (former chief of police, anyone remember that?) and tell him when he died we were going to have him stuffed and mounted on it. ;)) He loved that idea.
