Interesting people in the towns history.
Craig if you have more that feel everyone would enjoy learning about your grandfather and father please do so. I'm trying to build a foundation for the town of it's more respected leaders.
Interesting reading an article about community leaders - Mr Pickel apparently died while we still lived in Bloomsbury - moved to Phillipsburg in 1959. I remember having to paint a Haloween picture on Pickel Hardware Store's front window. At that time, all the business establishments were decorated for Halloween. Mine was probably one of the worst. (no artistic talent at all).
